As part of a joint project, he also served as vice president of leasing at Pacific Realty Services (PRS), expanding both companies’ presence domestically and in China.
With over 25 years of experience with startups and multinational corporations, Gerardo assists retailers with store development and shopping center owners with maximizing project exposure and profitability. His clients range from developers and investment firms to top-tier retailers.
In addition to extensive landlord and tenant leasing expertise, Zach has extensive market knowledge in land acquisitions ranging from pad sites to the large multi-stage acquisitions. Hillary works with clients and colleagues on a personal level to identify potential connections that others may overlook and create optimal outcomes on all sides of a deal. With a wealth of diverse experience, Hillary has assisted in finding land for multifamily and STNL development. Prior to moving to Colorado, she began her career in multifamily property management in Chicago.
Greg specializes in retail leasing and investment sales. He received his BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, and brings a wealth of expertise in analyzing, navigating and negotiating the financial aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
After spending several years abroad, Sam moved to Denver and entered the commercial real estate world to expand his passion for creative spaces. Sam leveraged his experience in construction management to become a broker and joined The Zall Company in 2021. Sam’s unique perspective working around developers, contractors, architects, and engineers allows him to offer his clients the most extensive knowledge necessary to make decisions. He has a rare understanding of both tenant and landlord visions, and can deliver quality results in a fast-paced manner.
