The Zall Company is pleased to announce four new lease signings in the Denver Metro area.
- Kyle Framson of The Zall Company, representing the tenant, negotiated a lease for Pearl Street Fitness to occupy retail space at 3977 Tennyson Street, Denver, CO. Pearl Street Fitness is a unique, high-energy fitness studio with small class sizes that allow for personal attention. They will occupy 1,278 SF at the location and it will be the third studio for Pearl Street Fitness.
- Working on behalf of the tenant, Cory Dulberg & Kyle Framson of The Zall Company negotiated a lease for Little Curry Shop to occupy 1,236 SF of retail space at 1441 26th Street, Denver, CO. Little Curry Shop is a new concept created by acclaimed Chef Biju Thomas. Thomas is coauthor with Dr. Allen Lim of the popular FeedZone Cookbooks and co-founder of the Boulder, CO based hydration company SkratchLabs. This will be Chef Thomas’ first location for this concept, with plans for a national expansion shortly. The Zall Company will be assisting with the national real estate roll out.
- Kyle Framson & Jenn Lazear of The Zall Company, representing the tenant, negotiated a lease for Sully & Co to occupy retail space at 2443 Eliot Street, Denver, CO. The landlord is Ken Wolf, who owns many properties throughout Denver. Sully & Co will take 1,268 SF and is a new men’s boutique concept created by Brooklyn transplant Mark Snipe, whose emphasis on American made denim will bring a new twist to the Jefferson Park neighborhood. Snipe has extensive experience in the fashion industry, working with world -renowned brands such as Ralph Lauren and Lacoste Footwear.
- The Zall Company broker Nathan Stern represented Balanced Wine Selections LLC in a lease signing at 2171 South Trenton Way in Denver, CO. The tenant will occupy 663 SF in the location as a general office and storage location for their retail wine business.
