The Zall Company is pleased to announce that it signed leases with five retailers in the Denver Metro area in June 2013.

Flip Flop Shops, represented by The Zall Company broker Cory Dulberg, signed a lease at 1110 Pearl Street in Boulder, CO. The 1,460 SF store marks the second Colorado location for the brand. Flip Flop Shops is a specialty footwear retailer that focuses on flip flops and other casual sandals.

Kyle Framson of The Zall Company, representing the tenant, negotiated a sublease for Johnny Mac Fitness to occupy retail space at 2500 E. 6th Avenue, Denver, CO. Johnny Mac Fitness is a unique, high-energy fitness studio with small class sizes that allow for personal attention. They will occupy 1,094 SF at the 6th Avenue location and it will be the second studio for Johnny Mac Fitness.

Denver Run House, located at 3832 Tennyson Street in the Berkley Highlands neighborhood of Denver, CO, signed a lease for 1,948 SF. The Denver Run House is a new concept that aims to stock a wide selection of road and trail running shoes as well as apparel, accessories, and nutrition products. Cory Dulberg represented the tenant in this transaction.

Working on behalf of the landlord, Lincoln 9 Group, LLC, Zall Company broker Kyle Framson negotiated a lease for 1,440 SF at 20 E. 9th Avenue. In the heart of Denver’s Golden Triangle area, the space will be occupied by Fleur Salon.

Cory Dulberg represented the tenant, Clothes Mentor, to sign a lease for 3,248 SF at 8872 E. Maximus Drive in Lone Tree, CO. The landlord of the center is Western Properties. Clothes Mentor is a women’s national resale chain with several other stores in the Denver Metro area and Fort Collins.
