Marco’s Pizza joins other national tenants

Denver, Colorado — January 16, 2013

The Zall Company is pleased to announce the signing of a lease with Marco’s Pizza at 2207 E. Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO. This marks the ninth Colorado restaurant for Marco’s Pizza and they will be joining fellow tenants Which Wich, Noodles & Company and T-Mobile at the retail project located between Gaylord and York Street.

Kyle Framson of The Zall Company represented the landlord, jb3, LLC, in this transaction. Leuthold Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
