The Zall Company is pleased to announce that Bank of America has signed a lease to occupy space Fillmore Place. The first-ever Bank of America retail branch in Colorado, the 7869 SF location at 100 Fillmore Street will serve as a flagship branch for the bank, offering full-service banking and investment services offered by Merrill Lynch.
Stuart Zall of The Zall Company represented the landlord and Jon Weisiger CBRE represented the tenant. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bank of America will join Lululemon, Sur la Table, and Jonathan Adler as tenants at Fillmore Place.
The lease transaction announced today extends The Zall Company’s success in attracting high-end and new to market tenants to Fillmore Place, the ultimate destination for shopping in Cherry Creek North. Fillmore Place is owned by Realty Management Group.
