Le Creuset and Jonathan Adler both to open first Colorado locations at Fillmore Place

The Zall Company is pleased to announce that it has recently signed leases with two new retailers at Fillmore Place, a 25,000 square foot high street retail development located in the heart of Cherry Creek North. Situated between 1st and 2nd Avenues on Fillmore Street, Fillmore Place is Denver’s premier location for shopping and dining.
Le Creuset, a specialty French cookware manufacturer best known for its colorful“Enameled cast iron” cast iron cookware, has signed a lease for 1,528 square feet of first-generation space at Fillmore Place. The Fillmore Place store marks Le Creuset’s first full-price, single-branded store in Colorado. Stuart Zall of The Zall Company represented the landlord and Lisa Streidl represented the tenant in this transaction. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Jonathan Adler has signed a lease for 2,892 square feet of space in Fillmore Place. New to the Colorado market, Jonathan Adler focuses on designer home and lifestyle goods. Stuart Zall of The Zall Company represented the landlord in this transaction. Erik Christopher of David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage represented the tenant. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The lease transactions announced today extend The Zall Company’s success in attracting high-end and new to market tenants to Fillmore Place, which now has only one space remaining for lease. Fillmore Place is owned by Realty Management Group.
